Discovering The Touch – a short story

Janr’s mind, clinging to oblivion, vaguely began to sense that his whole body was caught in a taut muscular arch insisting upon continuation.  As the reluctant fog slightly cleared from his mind he universe-1044107_640realized he was stretching his lower back,  cramped from a night of being forced to sleep on the hard unfolded convertible couch. He tried ever so gently to initiate a meditative relaxation, to avoid consciousness, but it was futile. The soft rain of his intentions to sleep made the fertile soil of his mind yield a garden of sprouting questions as to why. Consciousness was about to bloom despite his best efforts. Even with years of meditation experience, its narcotic like balm could still be elusive.

He did not want to awaken, even to daydreams he might control, reality today was just too cold and empty! Childhood had been just around the corner and now he was 70 years old and remembering.  This particular remembering was just too painful and confusing.  What had happened to his mind years ago?  Were his emotional daydreams  of pre-adolescence really reborn childhood memories that he had long ago buried to help keep his sanity? He closed his eyes in one last attempt to avoid full consciousness but thoughts that had just broken soil were now tall plants growing and blossoming all around him. His memories of childhood were rapidly filling the landscape and converting the desert plain into what he now recalled looked like the dense Everglades back in the 60’s when he had moved to Miami, Florida. Consciousness was the sunlight illuminating their time-lapse like photographic growth.  There was nothing he could do about it.

strangler.fig.goole.for.ruesHe wondered, was this experience something that happened to your brain about this time in life,  when you were 70 or so years old?  Like it or not memories long buried with intention, no matter how strong that intention, would blossom into being or depending on their content crawl from their graves like strangling vines that could not rest in peace.

One such vine like memory engulfed a tree,  soon  its dendritic crawlers found other trees and quickly they networked to claim a forest. The vines were memories,  the reborn but familiar memories of alien thoughts, alien sensations, alien amusement that he sensed as a child. He was just in middle school when it began. He still recalled resenting it!  He mentally dug in the soil to unroot them but out came more vines painting pictures of the invasion that other young people did not appear to sense and he wondered why did they not perceive it? Were they blind or where they just lying about their telepathic skills for some reason?  Was this knowledge not allowed for children? Would they admit it when he was older?

The vines blossomed and their hypnotic scent took over Janr’s thoughts. Wondering ceased and he was young again. He was walking down the street called Calle Doce De Octubre in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico with the Sun just coming up on his left.  Mitsy was tugging excitedly at the 5 foot chain on her body harness as she sought the next blade of grass with a message from another dog. As he looked down the street to his right he could see 12 year old  Lecticia Delacruz swinging up and back on the porch swing chair in the front of her home.  As he watched her long brown curly hair float in the breeze of her movement, he wished he could be there with her.  She had been suddenly friendly to him when Janr came to call on Junior, her brother, to go out and fly kites.  She had in fact hung around them and tried to distract Janr from his kite flying.  She had snuck up and tickled him,  run by and pulled the kite string making it dance and even tossed water at him from her refilled soda bottle. It had made no sense until today.  Today as he watched her long legs stretch forward and backward to propel her chair he noted her skirt rise in the breeze and had a funny unfamiliar hunger creep through his body. For some reason he just wanted to be on the chair with her and gently touch those long muscular legs. He was embarrassed by these odd thoughts he had never contemplated before and would not share them; however his privacy would soon be invaded!

As images of his hand gently caressing the sensuous curved muscles of her thighs imagined themselves into being so did another uninvited energy.  He had sensed this intrusion before, it was like someone uninvited looking over your shoulder. He was awakening to the annoying sixth sense of being watched in a secretive fashion. He was too young to put it into adult words but he too had been the secret observer himself at times. Janr then recalled such an incident. When watching birds flying overhead, he had wished he could see through dove’s eyes as they soared above the palm trees and then it had happened, he did!  He recalled walking Mitsy as he was doing now doing and feeling her wet nose touch the blades of grass. Then the world would burst into a kaleidoscope of  dogs of many shapes and forms until Mitsy found the one who had left the message.  This thought lead to another reminding him of the night before. He recalled being half asleep under the mosquito netting hanging from his bedposts.  His body’s  muscles were heavy with oncoming sleep but his mind still alert. It was then he sensed something flittering through his mind with the gentle touch of a butterfly, it was looking at his day’s memories. With fascination, he watched it watching him and he was able to sense its thoughts.  It wondered what were the picture images of his days experiences and what sort of anatomical feature could allow such perception?  It wondered what his hands were like to use and what they would have sensed if they had touched the other beings body? Then it sensed Janr watching it and it was gone!

Janr told his mom the next morning about his dream. She said, it was a family thing to have odd and creative dreams. She said to just ignore them and they would go away. As Janr ate his Corn Flakes and slices of fresh cut mango, he recalled his mom playing with the Ouija WeeGee Board and somehow he knew it would be a long time if ever before the odd sensations of being watched went away.

Janr had buried these memories with exquisitely complex mental tools, developed over years of effort as he had searched for how to mentally survive this intrusion on his privacy.  He had succeeded until this morning.

With the reemergence of his childhood memories, creative concepts to explain the new reality he lived in burst into being as did imaginative solutions to his potential new dilemma. He chose not to worry, after all it did no good, and brushed these thoughts aside. Then he  recalled just a few years back lying on his chiropractor’s adjustment table. There was a hot pack on his lower back ButterFly.Onlyas he waited the ten minutes for her return. It was then he sensed the old familiar touch of a mental butterfly wing but this time it was different! This time the being asked for permission to view his memories.  It was an older man who loved the lady who was Janr’s friend and chiropractor. He sensed Janr’s compassion for his daughter’s current plight and it was this knowledge he was seeking. Janr was sure there was no danger and so he acquiesced, after all this was not an invasion it was a pleading request. The being looked through Janr’s memories of that afternoon with Anne, the chiropractor, and then smiled and thanked Janr, though he had no physical face to smile with.

When Anne returned to complete the treatment, Janr chose to risk sharing his experience with Anne. They had known each other for 20 years and she would know he was not crazy. In addition they were both part of an alternative healing group and were open to new ideas that might lead to healing.  After he told her about his psychic experience, Anne told Janr that her father who was also her bookkeeper for many years, had died nearly a year ago to that date.  He had died at a time when Anne’s associates had bankrupted her practice, her husband had left her alone to support three children and her home had burned down.  He had been concerned for her future and now perhaps he would rest in peace knowing of her rising from the ashes of disaster like the mythological Phoenix.

TheTouch.Butterly.Starburst.highRes.Radio.Image.pngJanr had slowly learned from these kinds of experiences. He now realized that disembodied travelers could not control a body, as learning to use muscle that was not yours was very complex. They also could not see through eyes that were not theirs.  All they could do was look at your memories and wonder, if you let them. He decided to stop fighting off the growing forest of old memories. Seventy years later, he did not feel invaded, he now had mastery of his mind and could invite or deny; he wondered what it would be like to again soar with the Eagles?

Brainless Slime Molds Learn & Teach!

tanyalattyDr Tanya Latty, PhD, insect ecology at the University of Calgary said: “I think we’re beginning to realize that brains are not prerequisites for complex and interesting behavior. The majority of life-forms on Earth are brainless, but we know very little about how this brainless majority are able to adapt their behavior in changing environments.

This discovery comes in a study published last week in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B. Scientists at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in France taught some 2,000 slime molds to avoid nasty-tasting substances (nasty to slime molds) while searching for food — and found that the molds could then transmit this behavior to their compatriots simply by fusing with them. In essence, when the slime mold learned to cross a bridge to a petri dish full of food it liked they then put repellant chemicals on the bridge and the slime_mold_on_deadwood-google-reuse-permitslime mold learned  to ignore these repellents to seek food.  It did so by carefully testing the bridge with a fine tentacle of slime as a scouting party.  When the tentacle could cross, eat and return,  the whole blob knew it was safe to do the same and did so.  It did so faster and faster as it established the safety of the crossing.  Even more astounding was that the learned slime mold was able to teach this to new slime molds in came in physical contact with.

In my story character,  Janr Ssor’s,  sci-fi adventures, he discovers that his experience of the universe does not often depend upon the physical structures we commonly associate with our world.  He frequently discovers communications we do not experience but more and more are learning to recognize as in this article on slime molds or my essay, “Is Intelligence In Your Brain? Or Are Scientists Stupid?”, which finds this behaviour in almost equally brainless tiny insects.

Science is fascinating in its ongoing  attempts to discover new concepts of truth and reality. The longer I live the more convinced I am that there is less and less difference between scientific proof and theory.  This is not to say that we can not “prove” a theory by methods. smartphone-image-truth It is just puzzling what we are proving? Is it all of reality or just a convenient fragment that suits our needs much as the slime molds discover did its?  Sometimes I wonder, are we the image outside or inside the cell phone? Can we really know?

It would be illogical to deny the success of science when you see a spaceship, whose design is based on millions of years or learning scientific “proven rules”  successfully launch a satellite into orbit. On the other hand, it is one thing to have ultimate knowledge and another to grasp just enough to get through the day.  I believe we are at the latter point in our evolution but often sensing the light of a bigger tomorrow through the one thing science truly tries to teach well, “keep the window to learning open and know that we have no ultimate truths.”  Enjoy the trip, the destination is not our purpose.

Dreams Are Symbolic! ….. don’t steal my comforting belief!

Are Dreams Just Symbolic? Learned men, of significant stature, assure us that our dreams are nothing more than symbolic and expressive venting of our emotional life experience! I have trouble with this concept; because I believe in Dragons. Dragon Vector IllustrationMaybe you should too!

Lucid Dreams Prove Symbolism? In “The Source Field Investigations“, David Wilcock offers carefully explained concepts taken from Dr Stephen LaBerge’s dream research.  LaBerge teaches us  how we  can transform our routine dream experience to Lucid Dreams and in so doing, take control of their outcome.   In the process, he explains,  the symbolism of your dream experience may become  more manifest.  He describes this in an example of  the ogre, who is about to beat you to death, being  transformed by your spiritual love, into a flash of light that melts into your own body and vanishes. Now, LaBerge says, you know the ogre was a dream projection of a part of yourself, that you had yet to forgive and accept, nothing more.  We are then told, that researchers who study dreaming find strong agreement in the symbols and the symbolic nature of dream experiences.  This is an elegant  integration of psychology and dreaming for those who need fairy tales;  but, again I must say that I believe in dragons!  In his book,  “Supernatural: Meetings with the Ancient Teachers of Mankind,” Graham Hancock explores both his own personal journey and years of study by  many researchers. In this story, Hancock,  finds that symbolism crosses cultures,  religions, time and space to bare witness to an alternative plain of existence, rather than a common archetypal symbolism as portrayed by Carl Jung.  In my book, “Not Kid’s Games,”  I explore the consequences of the infinite paths of an infinite universe.  If you have yet to read my “Science fiction” book, Not Kids Games,  than for just a moment, fill your mind with its  foundational research,  slip into the path of its comet like ride and see the universe from another perspective!

Not Kids GAmesThe Consequences Of Thought.  Think for a moment, outside the box with me, and envision a world that is not just holographic but built of infinite infinities,  then lets look at the consequences and we will find where my dragons live!

  • In a holographic universe, every point has all the knowledge of every other point; but, like a Jpeg image, it begins to fade and lose detail as it is compressed smaller and smaller.  So here in our tiny bodies (Jpegs) we clearly experience the  world of our own local ongoing creation but only vaguely sense being part of the infinite consensual universe. This gives us a laser like focus on our “unique”  journey in our special reality and yet a feeling for our ultimate origin and destination in death.
  • Now lets consider Nassim Haramein’s concept of infinites bounded by finite space. If you understand,  much as Nassim Haramein teaches, that an infinity can be found in a finite space, you will realize that there is not one universe but surely a multi-verse (which to me means an infinite number of universes of infinitely large or small size).  Wow!  That is a lot to ponder but its consequences are worth trying!  Trust me on this and I will elaborate as we go on.  For now just think of infinite universes by picturing each universe as grain of sand, when seen from afar. Now in your mind’s eye toss that infinite sand into infinite space. Remember the concept of a Galaxy contained in a Jewel such as that on the “belt”  worn by the cat, Orion,  in  the movie Men In Black?
  • Spinoza.  Add one more ingredient to our stewing thoughts and we will complete the recipe for a land where Dragons may be as real as you and I (for whatever that means). Recall how Spinoza explained the Ultimate Substance (cosmic consciousness) as containing everything in order for it to be God Like and therefore omniscient as well as omnipotent?  If this is true then every thought, every dream, every picture in your mind, in all its infinite variations,  must truly exist, for without it, fractalthe cosmic is not omnipotent nor is it omniscient. Another way of understanding  this is to consider what you see when you stand between two parallel mirrored walls. As you gaze into the “unending” fractal like image of yourself and anything else in that space, the endlessly repeating images may seem to curve away and morph just slightly as they flow beyond our viewpoint.  Every object in the universe, every event in time, must have a nearly perfect duplicate with some small variation, or else the universe we live in is not infinite.  [the mind expanding graphic at the left can lead you to more help on understanding fractals at the fractal foundation, its origin]

My dragons are hungry, as it is early morning in Narangia.  I can hear them beating their leathery wings against the bronze bars that form the gates to their stables.  It is  located just before the bridge in front of our castle.  They know this will get my attention and I will come and feed them.  Then I will take one chosen one, as is my habit, for a flight high over our city walls.

Now that you have eaten my my mind-filling stew, rich in esoterics , what happens when you dream of the Ogre?  You recall, the Ogre with the steel like death grip around your neck, who is about to beat you to death?  When you now express infinite love for all living beings and beam that from your eyes to his soul, he again melts into your being and all is well;  but, it no longer means that he is a small mundane projection of you, that you are dealing ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????with on Freud’s Couch.  Now instead it is your real experience in one of the infinite universes. An experience in which the flash of light is your death from his wrecking ball like fist  and the merging is now your return to the cosmic. In the cosmic you find awareness of your true self,  your infinite nature no longer compressed to a Jpeg of human existence.  For the moment, you are dead physically but alive spiritually.

It may be true that the objects in your dream were  experienced because of your mental state, created my external or internal frustration (stimuli). They are easily labeled “symbolic.”  On the other hand, your mind may have tuned into the infinite experience that the universe (cosmic consciousness) knows!  Though it can be symbolic to you, it is as real somewhere in the universe as is your awakening in a sweat, with ice cold skin and an ache in your stomach.  When you are half awake in your miserable state of sleep crying,  “no more, no more”  it is because you are tired of death and re-birth to a new world with hidden pain as well as some pleasure.  For a moment you recall that, like the fractal image above, you are born over and over,  a small probe launched into the cloud of reality to bring back knowledge of one variation on experience. As you bask in the all knowing light of the Cosmic, for a moment, before you consciousness re-compresses to a Jpeg,  you understand the dream of infinity!  You know there is dark and there is light, there is cold and there is hot, there is infinitely big and infinitely small.

The universe (reality)  is, as Nassim Haramein says, perhaps being created and destroyed by a toroidal rotating field of energy, a  3-D version of the flat oscilloscope image.  From the infinitely large, your true self for a timeless instant,  you are now again compressing to an infinitely small dot of  Jpeg consciousness in the endless storm of the sea of life’s adventure.   Every symbol in the dream of life or the dream of sleep,  is an attunement of your mind adjusted to the symbols vibrational frequency like an FM radio.  As you tune into each “station,” the  meaning of its story is best gathered by your experience, in which you feel the pain or joy of its alternate reality.  If it was a ‘bad” dream, and you cry “no more pain, no more pain” it is up to you to change the channel.

Something to think about.

Why Your High IQ Can Make You Stupid

Does brain size matter?  Einstein had a smaller brain, Edison said he learned 10,000 ways not to make a light bulb by failing his way to success. Henry Ford had little knowledge of many subject other than manufacturing that interested him. When publicly accused of being an “idiot,’ he said, he could find a fact man, if he needed one, for 25 Cent and hour salary. Or better yet purchase and Almanac for 25 Cents.  Why should he clutter his head with useless trivia? What made all brain-head-viewthese people succeed was not necessarily genius but more likely the Magic Of Thinking Big.

What is the difference between a “genius”  and a failure?   Why do “bright”  people got to work for Monsanto and produce dangerous toxic genetic monstrosities without concern?  Why do men with 150 point IQ’s  sometimes drive dump trucks, if anyone will hire them? Read on and see if you can solve this riddle.

Where Are “You”? If you believe that ‘YOU’ are the product of your brain and are located somewhere in your head, you are buying into the fantasy that the Church Of Science has invented to detract from the “illogical”  religious belief that you are a spiritual being and part of the Eternal God or Spinoza’s  Cosmic Consciousness (whichever you prefer). Now I am not an advocate of practicing religion nor do I believe that any form of religion is “righter” than others.  I do however believe that your brain is not you but a transceiver to where your real you exists.  When you look at the creative insights of many of the world’s “best minds,’  minds that have changed history by changing our paradigm of the world, you will often find that their discoveries were made when not thinking but merely relaxing, walking or playing.  Why is this? People say it is the creative insight of their “sub conscious”  mind solving problems for them.  For this sentence to make sense we have to invent the  “sub conscious” mind,  for which we have never established any physical organ.  It makes far more sense to picture capturing the solution from the infinite cosmic mind by a process described by the the Rosicrucians and handed down for centuries by those who belong to mystical societies of  the thinkers.  These men and women have turned out to be the doers, movers and sharkers who have changed history.

So why does a high IQ make you stupid?  It does not  truly make you stupid but it can significantly detract your from your true creative capabilities.  Being able to “learn” fast whether it is to solve puzzles or recall data is likely a sign of an intense and focused mind; but, I believe calling it “genius”  and making countless others “average” by comparison,  was created by  professorial people to help them with their Hypnotism Conceptinferiority complexes!  When you hypnotize any mentally capable person, you can make them recall and solve problems (Learn) far faster than “average” people. I was once taught to master the skill of Karate and split a large 3/4 inch thick board of wood in a 45 minute hypnosis session (as were a couple hundred others in Marshall Sylver’s audience. The next day we learned to put out flaming torches in our mouth without fear!  I am sure there is more to IQ than just good focus but to equate it with being in some way with productive value to humanity is, I believe, false. If you read the book, Outliers,  you will learn the success story behind great Canadian hockey players. It is the same story behind the “productive”  value of  high IQ children.  In a quick two second synopsis, “Outliers”  really teaches us that those that those whom you lavish praise, attention and training upon, will likely produce results!

It is my contention that people who live in their mind and are myopic “geniuses”  or  “average” people who choose not to succeed creatively because cultural conditioning has made them believe they are too “average” to accomplish anything great waste their lives for the same reason, they are out of touch with the cosmic which is wear we all really reside.  What makes us believe these illusions of our “Limited Self?”   Consider TV, for example,  or School teacher and college professors who have the superiority complex that crushes average people into paying homage to their genius and self demoting themselves to relative idiocy.

Plants Have Telepathy,  Why Not You?  In reading The Source Field Investigations, by David Wilcox,   you can see balancehow research is proving the existence of a communication connection between all living matter and even likely what we think of as inert matter, such as Earth and stone. If this is true, are we not connected to everything?  The pineal gland has been shown to be formed much like an eye and sensitive to photons (light).  For centuries its form has been central to many religious teachings as a source of insight.  Unlike the subconscious mind that has no anatomical existence, it is more and more likely that the pineal gland,  at the center of your brain, is connected with some sort of perception.  If so it may be the third eye that is depicted in many religious and metaphysical drawings, your connection to the infinite.

So how does a High IQ make you “stupid?”   The answer, I believe, is that societies subliminal messages to both hi IQ and Average people is depressive to true genius, genius that creates with the infinite source we often call the Muse.  Genius which I equate with the Cosmic Consciousness, or our “real self” has been named for centuries as the connection with the infinite. Musicians get out of its way by the hypnotic practice of music,  creative geniuses like Einstein take walks or make discoveries on trolley rides.  When your mundane consciousness is not stealing your attention, the infinite becomes awake within!  Why do so many great teachers say “find God within?”    Like Elisabeth Haich in her book, INITIATION,  I cannot fathom that a mote of dust with wings too small to see and a nearly undetectable brain, can find food, eat, sleep, find mates, reproduce, fight off attackers and do all this while flying in 3 dimensional space because of its brain power (a microscopic spec within a mote of dust).  I have flown and airplane twice, it is just not that simple. To believe we are in our heads, is to bow down to the Idol of science and I bow down to no idols. How about you?

Getting Sleep For Those Who Can’t Sleep Well!

Are you an older person who can’t sleep or do you just know one?  In either case,  this is how you solve your problem or help the person you know get the rest they need to stay healthy.

If you have tried everything and still can’t sleep, I am not going to tell you that I will make it possible for you to sleep but I will tell you that I can help you get all the benefits of sleep, without traditional sleeping, in an enjoyable way!  You will get out of bed feeling rested, you will regain the energy you have lost and you will increase how long you live in two ways.  First you will be getting the healing rest your body needs and secondly, you will get to be awake longer than those who stay in bed for hours and hours hoping to get some snatches of sleep! Get excited now because you are about to be more happy with yourBlond woman sleeping on couch sleep and rest than when you were 6 years old.

If you can’t sleep for long, fall asleep or sleep deeply or you keep waking up the first thing to know is stop fighting it as fighting it only makes you anxious and tense and prevents you from getting the healing rest you need.  What I am going to show you is that there is an alternative to sleep that you will love.  The paragraph a legal disclaimer but does have value, so read it please.

Now if you have a medical illness that is keeping you from any sleep, you may need to see a physician because some sleep, even an hour or two is needed. If you are suffering from stress and vexing personal problems, that disturb your sleep,  you need to consider a psychotherapist    If you are the very unusual few who get absolutely no sleep then before learning my techniques, see a naturopathic physician or an allopathic physician of your choice. A consult with a physician who practices holistically is always advised.  However, if you my technique and in a few short days see the benefits as many do, you may not need to do that.  If you live in NY, like me, finding a naturopathic physician is hard as the medical lobby has all but excluded them from NY (insecure people are afraid competition) and so you may have to go to Ct. or NJ. I do believe in allopathic medicine (traditional American, Western medicine) but it is not a cure for everything and as you all know from the TV commercials medicine solves one problem while creating another and that is called “side effects.”  On the other hand if you are up dozens of times a night and are feeling like jumping out the window, do see your medical doctor and get a drug that helps for now as the risk it might carry may be worth the sleep that will save your sanity and your life. Once you have regained your sanity,  look for how to get off the drug, with professional help.

Now that you know if you are in the group that will benefit by reading on (those who at least get some sleep) it is time to learn my techniques for getting the rest your body, mind and soul need. There are two steps in this simple learning process.

The first step in allowing your body to rest and heal, if you are unable to sleep, is to create the sleep state without sleeping. In my opinion, the closest simple technique for achieving this is Transcendental Meditation (T.M.).  I have used this for many years and know of many friends who do this also with great benefit.  When you do T.M.  you will either gain from its benefits or fall asleep and either occurance will be fine!  One thing before you read Enjoying perfect harmony and balance - Meditationon, is that you must modify the T.M. instructions to come from the hyperlink below in one small way. In the T.M. instructions you are about to read, it tells you  not to lie down as if going to sleep but to recline comfortably; this is to avoid falling asleep when practicing T.M.   For the goals of ourcurrent discussion, change that to “lie down as if you are going to sleep” because in this case, if you fall asleep, it will be just fine!  Here is how do do T.M.,  my way, at no cost to you.  Learn this and then come back for step #2 below!

Now for the second step.  The second step is to use some technology to help with your sleep. If you don’t fall asleep doing T.M., then this is the next process to learn as you will do this after you have spent about 20 minutes in the T.M. state. Even if  you do fall asleep from T.M., learn this next step and use it as it will prove invaluable.

Get a smartphone (preferably Android)  and install the Free App called “Binaural Beats.”   I would recommend sleeping with your smartphone next to you bed and a pair of small earphones plugged into it. These should be good quality but the kind that you can sleep on without hurting your ears.  I recommend these phones from Monoprice.com,  for less than $5.00!

MonoPrice Web Logo

These headphones fit right inside your ear so if you roll over and sleep on your side, they will not likely bother your ears. In addition, the price is excellent for what you are buying. Also, set your smartphone on “AirPlane Mode” so that it is not sending and receiving near your head all night.  It does transmit on microwave frequency and that cannot be good for your brain, if you want to keep it!  Your smartphone should be ideally under your pillow so that you move your body minimally to get it.  In other words, we do not want to disturb your deeply relaxed state.  You may even chose to have it set for Binaural Beats,  earphones in your ears so all you have to do is tap the app.

After you have achieved the deeply relaxed state you achieve with T.M.,  if you do not fall asleep,  get your SmartPhone, put in your earphones and start the Binaural Beats program.  You can have the App open and ready to use.  If you do, all you need to do is select, either Sleep Induction or  Lucent Dreaming.  Either mode should place your deeply relaxed body in a sleep state. The programs run for about an hour and if you then awaken, simply run them again. Binaural Beats  is a technique for helping your brain go into a sleep state.  Clinical experience has proved it very valuable.  Not enough Binaural beats therapy - beta - Android Apps on Google Playmoney has been spent on research to prove it to the scientific communities “required” satisfaction; but,  this is because there is no money to me made in something that is so readily available.  Like many other alternative or complimentary care treatments, we learn that they work from clinical experience .  If you have relaxed your body by using the T.M. system I have taught you, using Bianaural Beats will work much better than without the deep relaxation.  Even if you do this 3 or 4 times, and think you have not gotten much sleep, you will likely find that you are just fine all day long as if you have slept well.  If this does not work for you then you need to see a doctor as I mentioned earlier, as you must get rest to stay healthy.

The fun part that I mentioned earlier, is what you experience in states like T.M. or Lucent Dreaming,  especially in Lucent Dreaming. When your body is relaxed deeply and you then allow the Binaural Beats to take you to Lucent Dreaming, you may experience worlds of thought, color and sights you have never before seen. Yet, you will awaken refreshed as if you had a good nights sleep. You can also help induce these positive experiences by doing something positive before sleep for at least 30 minutes.  I recommend playing a musical instrument or if you don’t play at least listening to uplifting positive music before sleep.

If you get as good results as I do, please let me know.
