Scientists have discovered that the bacteria in your gut is similar all across the world much like blood types – I have a different take on this!
Dr Peer Bork found what he calls 3 EnteroTypes by sequencing the gut bacterial DNA. These bacteria help with digestion, absorption of nutrition and even help manufacture vitamins we need to stay alive. In essence, the types of bacteria that live in our gut vastly affect our health. It makes me wonder if our naked skin really defines the borders of our bodies as it does for many of us viewing the picture on the right.
Many of us who are focused on holistic health care, have paid attention to this ill defined body boundary as we use probiotics to heal illness and damage done by Antibiotics. In fact a holistic alternative approach to treating food poisoning is huge doses of probiotics (gut bacteria) to crowd out the “bad” ones in the spoiled food that are now in our gut. The “bad” ones then cannot grow and are eliminated.
Note too, that there are an estimated 100 trillion microbes in our gut, and yet our body is made up of about 10 trillion cells. In other words we have 10 times more microbes in our bodies than “our supposedly own body cells!”
Here is something I want you to think about! If we have more “bacterial” cells in our body then “body cells,” which is our real body? Now don’t decide to quickly! We tend to define our body by what we view as our physically attached cells that work as organs and as a team with the rest of our bodies structures. Guess what, the gut bacteria are physically attached to us and they work as part of the team. Yes, they can live outside our bodies if the environment is right but, So What! Heart cells transplanted to a petri dish with the right nutrients can continue beating for years. It has been done.
The next time you take an antibiotic casually to “help” kill of a persistent cold, keep in mind that you are destroying the cells of your body that make up your gut! The truth about reality is that it must constantly be re-defined based upon the growth of human knowledge and understanding. Never, Never, Never think of the boundaries of your body as the skin over your bones. If you do, you may carelessly poison your body and ruin your life and that of your loved ones. We are one with the world in more than the mystical sense shared by the “Hippy Drama” of the 1960’s or the “Tree Huggers” of the 21st century. Think Big, Never Believe That Anything Is A Proven Fact, Always Question, Always Grow… just as you did when you were 6 years old.
Consider a new approach to staying healthy, consume more bacteria rather than less….. Just make sure it is the right type!
What is Ubuntu?
Ubuntu is a free computer operating system and a philosophy of human kindness and cooperation. It has produced a miracle in both areas that is worth understanding. It has the potential to help establish world peace as a model for human cooperation. Read this article and learn why!
Ubuntu as a Free Computer operating system (OS): Only 40 paid programmers work for Canonical Ltd., which is responsible for coordinating thousands of volunteer programmers and developers from around the world who create and maintain Ubuntu. Ubuntu is an operating system, like windows, but many consider it far better. Unlike Windows it is Free and most of the software you would ever need to install on it is Also Free! For 99% of my work, I have not used windows in years; I use Ubuntu! Just like your smartphone can download thousands of free apps for Ubuntu. Consider a few that I use that are totally free (but the equivalent for windows might cost thousands of dollars):
- Audacity – a full music / sound recording editing studio on your desktop
- GIMP – An image manipulation program that lets you create and modify pictures like Photoshop
- Browsers: Chrome, Opera or FireFox and many others
- Libreoffice – An office suite much like Microsoft Office but completely free
- Rhythmbox – an excellent music organizer and player
- BackUps – With BackUps you can copy your current computer’s music, images, programs and settings and in Re-Create it on ANY NEW COMPUTER effortlessly!
- Here are six things that Ubuntu does better than windows
How is it possible that thousands of brilliant programmers worldwide donate their time, skills and knowledge for free for you?
Ubuntu is sponsored by the UK-based company Canonical Ltd., owned by South African entrepreneur Mark Shuttleworth. Canonical generates revenue by selling technical support and services related to Ubuntu, while the operating system itself is entirely free of charge. The Ubuntu project is entirely committed to the principles of free software development; people are encouraged to use free software, improve it, and pass it on (its code is available so anyone can modify and improve it and share it anew)! In other words, other than a small financially self sustaining leadership group, Canonical, Ubuntu is a miracle of human cooperation by thousands of gifted people across the world who work as a team to improve the quality of human life for all of us!
Pictured here to the right of this text is some of the team at a gathering for volunteer developers.
Ubuntu as a way of life — Archbishop Desmond Tutu offered a definition of Ubuntu in a 1999 book: A person with Ubuntu is open and available to others, affirming of others, does not feel threatened that others are able and good, based from a proper self-assurance that comes from knowing that he or she belongs in a greater whole and is diminished when others are humiliated or diminished, when others are tortured or oppressed.
One of the sayings in our country is Ubuntu is the essence of being human. Ubuntu speaks particularly about the fact that you can’t exist as a human being in isolation. It speaks about our interconnectedness. You can’t be human all by yourself, and when you have this quality – Ubuntu – you are known for your generosity. We think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do affects the whole World. When you do well, it spreads out; it is for the whole of humanity. The philosophy of Ubuntu has influenced many world wide. For example: The Peace Project, The Peace Education Project and there is more to come.
As human beings, the Judeo-Christian bible reminds us that we struggle with two forces. One is the physical desire to selfishly seek wealth and power that does not create value for society (such as might come from rebuilding a city or creating jobs) while the other side is the more spiritual side that recognizes the Creator’s plan for all of humanity to live in harmony and peace. From the Judeo-Christian viewpoint we recognize Abraham as the near “perfect man” who taught us how to live in harmony by example of the way he lived. Ubuntu like Abraham, does not deny the accumulation of wealth and power as long as it is used for the betterment of all. Could we ever achieve that goal? The stories of Ubuntu, as shared above, hint at this possibility.
It is always difficult to educate people while keeping them awake. Years of college has attuned me to identifying people who are sitting upright in chairs with open eyes and still in deep sleep.
It is far better to entertain, as Walt Disney said, with the hopes of educating then to educate with the hope of entertaining. Much of my Sci-fi, Sci-fantasy writings deal with questions of the potential for people living by the principles of Ubuntu. I explore, through adventure and imagination, what could happen if we learn to live in harmony (Ubuntu) and if not. I am constantly reminded as I write of the potential for human harmony as all my writing, research, social communication etc is done with the reliable results of the people who believe in Ubuntu, on an Ubuntu powered computer.
FREE TM LIKE LESSONS:
I searched all over the Internet and could not find a free lesson on TM (Transcendental Meditation). The fee to learn TM is thousands of dollars. I believe that for many people this expense is totally unnecessary. Here, for free, is my Technique in 2 steps: relaxation – meditation.
The Relaxation Response Technique:
Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard Medical School, in studying Transcendental Meditation, established that relaxation techniques had a very real effect on reducing stress and controlling the fight-or-flight response. Direct effects included deep relaxation, slowed heartbeat and breathing, reduced oxygen consumption and increased skin resistance. In other words a calmer, healthier state of mind and body. In this text, we use the relaxation response to get into the state for meditation. Once the body is relaxed TM is achieved by the simplest technique you can imagine! I have practiced this for over 40 years with great success. Try it for yourself.
Achieving Relaxation is something that you can do for yourself by following these simple steps:
- Sit quietly and comfortably. Do not lie flat on a bed as you may fall asleep. Reclining is Okay, but not flat.
- Close your eyes.
- Start by mentally relaxing the muscles of your feet and work up your body relaxing muscles to the top of your head. How do you relax them? Simple, feel your muscles by tensing them and then by contrast feel them relax to as soft as you can make them. It gets better and faster with each days practice.
- As you work your way up from your feet, pay special attention to relaxing the muscles of the shoulders
- when you get to your mouth as you move up from your feet, let your mouth fall open gently as all the muscles relax in that area, much as you do in sleep. Leave it that way.
- Deeply relax the muscles around the eyes and forehead, where we otherwise express mood and tension. This helps remove the tension of the days experiences.
When you have reached the crown of your head, focus your attention on your breathing.
Breathe in slowly, deeply and gently and then let your breath out slowly. Continue gentle full breathes and notice how you relax even deeper.
You have now achieved the Relaxation Response. It will get better and better, day by day, as you practice.
Meditation TM Style.
Now that you are relaxed, focus on your breathing again.
With every breath inwards, listen to the sound of the air filling your lungs.
With every breath outwards, SAY the mantra (a sound to be repeated) “OOMM” The sound of this mantra is like the sound of “oon” in Moon, but with the “m” sound and not the “n” sound. The sound should “s t r e t c h” out to the full time it takes to exhale. It then ceases as you inhale and again listen to the air coming into your lungs.
You may “say” the Oomm sound silently to yourself or out loud as you prefer. If you are meditating for needed rest, when awakening from sleep late at night, avoid saying your mantra out loud as it make provoke injury from an angry spouse!
Finally, do this breathing and sound technique and nothing more for about 20 minutes.
Explanation: The idea of TM is to still the “thinking” conscious mind. You do so by filling it with the mantra. You LINK the mantra to the sound of your breathing out, by practice. When you have done this, it is NO LONGER initiated by your thinking about generating the sound. In other words, with practice, you are not consciously making any effort to create the sound. You have conditioned yourself to do so in response to your breathing out.
The whole process is to listen to the air filling your lungs as you are breathing inwards and listen to the calming sound of the mantra as you exhale. Your mind is focused on your breathing and nothing else. Your mind is “stilled.” You are in a state of TM. It gets deeper with practice.
In essence you become the observer of your breathing and not the creator of the effort. At the higher level as you progress in your transcendence, you are outside your body looking in at your breathing.
Issues While Meditating: As you learn to meditate you will find that thoughts or pictures come into your mind. The goal of meditation is to still the mind and not think of these things. If you try to wipe them from your mind you fall into the trap of thinking. So how do you avoid thinking? Simple: Listen to your breathing in and the sound of
your mantra as you breath out. Your life forces are in rhythm with the universe, your heart and lungs perform reliably and rhythmically without your conscious effort. Your lungs are easier to pay attention to so you listen to your breathing. As you do so, the images or thoughts of the days events evaporate like the morning mist in the rising sun, effortlessly. This gets better and better as you practice TM.
You will find that as your practice TM, you will have a desire to awake from your session at about 20 minutes. This is the normal time to stop. If you practice this technique, when you cannot sleep, one of two things will happen. You may fall asleep or your may meditate. In either case you will be well rested.
Issues of mystical experience: It is well known that when meditating you may experience occasional but rare mystical visions. Some appear as colorful scenes, animal faces or even more exotic beings. The goal of meditation is not to experience mystical images but to gain rest and harmony with the positive energy of the universe. Ignore these experiences and pay attention to your breathing. What and why they happen is unimportant for the goals of TM.
I have a mystical solution to your dilemma if you are searching for a creative solution. It comes from the Rosicrucians and the lips of many great men in history. It comes from the biographies of creative scientists and has evolved with humanity, according to John Gray.
In a nut shell it is: GO TAKE A WALK!
Now lets review the sagacity of my remark. Many creative ideas are acknowledged to have come at a moment when a scientist, artist or writer sought to escape from a difficult task by going fishing or riding on a trolley car.
In “Men Are From Mars And Women Are From Venus“, John Gray reminds us that men evolved learning to communicate while on the run hunting down animals or in battle. There is something about the motion of the body, for men, that liberates the mind from its jail of common thoughts.
The Rosicrucians teach that to solve a dilemma you must plant the concept, you are struggling with, clearly in your mind’s fertile ground. You do so by first envisioning it in its most simple and vivid manner. To do so, you think about it over and over until you understand it and all its ramifications fully. Now make one clear, vivid, simple picture of the issue in your mind and then forget about it and go to sleep.
In each case we take advantage of the genius of our subconscious. Perhaps it searches the Cosmic Consciousness or, for the less mystically inclined, your life’s learning. In any case…. it usually works for me! 🙂
In either case, you are getting to best know your problem and then distracting your conscious mind from it. In one case you do so by walking, running or perhaps riding a bicycle. In the other you put you conscious mind to sleep. Where does the answer come from? Where does creativity come from?
I have my answer…… I wonder what your is?
In response to the question – “Where do the unusually creative ideas come from?”
Wherever I have been involved in any organization’s leadership (many times) or just time with friends, people end up telling me, “you think outside the box.” Those who really know me well say, “you live outside the box.” From most people this is a compliment occasional it could be a less positive comment; but in my case, I have never cared.
Reviews of my writing periodically involve comments about my creative suggestions and again outside the box thinking. It is simple, this is who I am. My books and short stories have simply flowed from my fingers. No matter how outrageous the story, there seems no limit. In other words, I do not believe in “writer’s block.”
I have always chosen to live in change and challenge. When I write a story it does not go through the process some writers are taught about planning, outlining and finally filling in the details. I simply start writing about something that has come to mind at 4:30 AM, quite often. What is really exciting is that as I write the story, I am reading it for the first time! It is as if someone is telling it to me and I am taking
If you have ever enjoyed reading an exciting story (and I hope you have),
this is almost exactly my experience writing it! As for the “out of box thinking,” I don’t actually think this was a conscious choice. My mom had this genetic thing that she gave to me and so does my daughter. My mom did a lot of writing and she was always up at 4:00 in the morning. Though she did not share much with me (we did not see eye to eye), she did say however that it was quieter, early in the morning, when the noise of everyone’s minds thinking were not there. Now there is something to think about!
I wake up at 4:30 AM and have these ideas or hypnagogic
dreams that are more real than reality. From these experiences, I often begin writing. If a story ever seems to stop, I take a long walk or bike ride and it begins writing itself again. My lifestyle is not “normal” either and I like it that way.
At least for the last 5 or 6 years, for breakfast I have salads with some protein in them. Lunch is “normal” but I do not do dinner or meet socially for dinner. I believe that dinner is a modern invention of civilization created to please restaurant owners. It is much like shopping for Christmas presents for 6 months before Christmas is an economic contrivance. Eating after 4:00 pm, in my opinion is bad for your health. It denies your body an opportunity to clean itself as it does when fasting. This is where the term Break-fast came from. In primitive times, as we evolved, most of us ate during the day when we could forage for food or hunt. In the evening we rested and fasted. Yes I know there was fruit and nuts that you could store, even in a cave. Our bodies have evolved around this paradigm, but we follow that created by the electric light and food as pleasure culture. …….. a topic for another day.
In any case, I sat down to write about 4:30 am, I think. If you have studied Rosicrucian literature, as I have, you will know the secret system for solving problems. I find that the answer comes at 4:30 am.
My next book is now 80% created. It is called (for now) “The Carnneeg.” I may publish some early chapters of it on a site like Booksie. We shall see. If so you will find the links on the social media, like Facebook or Twitter.
The topic is his book, “The Final War,” a Janr Ssor adventure. Another question what was the inspiration for the Janr Ssor book series, an e-book, now available in almost every book store.
Listen here and experience a sneak preview to the Janr Ssor series and is mystical, biblical underpinnings.
Get and idea of Janr’s unique experience with growing up with PSI skills that lead him to a view of the universe that very few people have experienced before.
Are Dreams Just Symbolic? Learned men, of significant stature, assure us that our dreams are nothing more than symbolic and expressive venting of our emotional life experience! I have trouble with this concept; because I believe in Dragons. Maybe you should too!
Lucid Dreams Prove Symbolism? In “The Source Field Investigations“, David Wilcock offers carefully explained concepts taken from Dr Stephen LaBerge’s dream research. LaBerge teaches us how we can transform our routine dream experience to Lucid Dreams and in so doing, take control of their outcome. In the process, he explains, the symbolism of your dream experience may become more manifest. He describes this in an example of the ogre, who is about to beat you to death, being transformed by your spiritual love, into a flash of light that melts into your own body and vanishes. Now, LaBerge says, you know the ogre was a dream projection of a part of yourself, that you had yet to forgive and accept, nothing more. We are then told, that researchers who study dreaming find strong agreement in the symbols and the symbolic nature of dream experiences. This is an elegant integration of psychology and dreaming for those who need fairy tales; but, again I must say that I believe in dragons! In his book, “Supernatural: Meetings with the Ancient Teachers of Mankind,” Graham Hancock explores both his own personal journey and years of study by many researchers. In this story, Hancock, finds that symbolism crosses cultures, religions, time and space to bare witness to an alternative plain of existence, rather than a common archetypal symbolism as portrayed by Carl Jung. In my book, “Not Kid’s Games,” I explore the consequences of the infinite paths of an infinite universe. If you have yet to read my “Science fiction” book, Not Kids Games, than for just a moment, fill your mind with its foundational research, slip into the path of its comet like ride and see the universe from another perspective!
The Consequences Of Thought. Think for a moment, outside the box with me, and envision a world that is not just holographic but built of infinite infinities, then lets look at the consequences and we will find where my dragons live!
- In a holographic universe, every point has all the knowledge of every other point; but, like a Jpeg image, it begins to fade and lose detail as it is compressed smaller and smaller. So here in our tiny bodies (Jpegs) we clearly experience the world of our own local ongoing creation but only vaguely sense being part of the infinite consensual universe. This gives us a laser like focus on our “unique” journey in our special reality and yet a feeling for our ultimate origin and destination in death.
- Now lets consider Nassim Haramein’s concept of infinites bounded by finite space. If you understand, much as Nassim Haramein teaches, that an infinity can be found in a finite space, you will realize that there is not one universe but surely a multi-verse (which to me means an infinite number of universes of infinitely large or small size). Wow! That is a lot to ponder but its consequences are worth trying! Trust me on this and I will elaborate as we go on. For now just think of infinite universes by picturing each universe as grain of sand, when seen from afar. Now in your mind’s eye toss that infinite sand into infinite space. Remember the concept of a Galaxy contained in a Jewel such as that on the “belt” worn by the cat, Orion, in the movie Men In Black?
- Spinoza. Add one more ingredient to our stewing thoughts and we will complete the recipe for a land where Dragons may be as real as you and I (for whatever that means). Recall how Spinoza explained the Ultimate Substance (cosmic consciousness) as containing everything in order for it to be God Like and therefore omniscient as well as omnipotent? If this is true then every thought, every dream, every picture in your mind, in all its infinite variations, must truly exist, for without it, the cosmic is not omnipotent nor is it omniscient. Another way of understanding this is to consider what you see when you stand between two parallel mirrored walls. As you gaze into the “unending” fractal like image of yourself and anything else in that space, the endlessly repeating images may seem to curve away and morph just slightly as they flow beyond our viewpoint. Every object in the universe, every event in time, must have a nearly perfect duplicate with some small variation, or else the universe we live in is not infinite. [the mind expanding graphic at the left can lead you to more help on understanding fractals at the fractal foundation, its origin]
My dragons are hungry, as it is early morning in Narangia. I can hear them beating their leathery wings against the bronze bars that form the gates to their stables. It is located just before the bridge in front of our castle. They know this will get my attention and I will come and feed them. Then I will take one chosen one, as is my habit, for a flight high over our city walls.
Now that you have eaten my my mind-filling stew, rich in esoterics , what happens when you dream of the Ogre? You recall, the Ogre with the steel like death grip around your neck, who is about to beat you to death? When you now express infinite love for all living beings and beam that from your eyes to his soul, he again melts into your being and all is well; but, it no longer means that he is a small mundane projection of you, that you are dealing with on Freud’s Couch. Now instead it is your real experience in one of the infinite universes. An experience in which the flash of light is your death from his wrecking ball like fist and the merging is now your return to the cosmic. In the cosmic you find awareness of your true self, your infinite nature no longer compressed to a Jpeg of human existence. For the moment, you are dead physically but alive spiritually.
It may be true that the objects in your dream were experienced because of your mental state, created my external or internal frustration (stimuli). They are easily labeled “symbolic.” On the other hand, your mind may have tuned into the infinite experience that the universe (cosmic consciousness) knows! Though it can be symbolic to you, it is as real somewhere in the universe as is your awakening in a sweat, with ice cold skin and an ache in your stomach. When you are half awake in your miserable state of sleep crying, “no more, no more” it is because you are tired of death and re-birth to a new world with hidden pain as well as some pleasure. For a moment you recall that, like the fractal image above, you are born over and over, a small probe launched into the cloud of reality to bring back knowledge of one variation on experience. As you bask in the all knowing light of the Cosmic, for a moment, before you consciousness re-compresses to a Jpeg, you understand the dream of infinity! You know there is dark and there is light, there is cold and there is hot, there is infinitely big and infinitely small.
The universe (reality) is, as Nassim Haramein says, perhaps being created and destroyed by a toroidal rotating field of energy, a 3-D version of the flat oscilloscope image. From the infinitely large, your true self for a timeless instant, you are now again compressing to an infinitely small dot of Jpeg consciousness in the endless storm of the sea of life’s adventure. Every symbol in the dream of life or the dream of sleep, is an attunement of your mind adjusted to the symbols vibrational frequency like an FM radio. As you tune into each “station,” the meaning of its story is best gathered by your experience, in which you feel the pain or joy of its alternate reality. If it was a ‘bad” dream, and you cry “no more pain, no more pain” it is up to you to change the channel.
Something to think about.
Does brain size matter? Einstein had a smaller brain, Edison said he learned 10,000 ways not to make a light bulb by failing his way to success. Henry Ford had little knowledge of many subject other than manufacturing that interested him. When publicly accused of being an “idiot,’ he said, he could find a fact man, if he needed one, for 25 Cent and hour salary. Or better yet purchase and Almanac for 25 Cents. Why should he clutter his head with useless trivia? What made all these people succeed was not necessarily genius but more likely the Magic Of Thinking Big.
What is the difference between a “genius” and a failure? Why do “bright” people got to work for Monsanto and produce dangerous toxic genetic monstrosities without concern? Why do men with 150 point IQ’s sometimes drive dump trucks, if anyone will hire them? Read on and see if you can solve this riddle.
Where Are “You”? If you believe that ‘YOU’ are the product of your brain and are located somewhere in your head, you are buying into the fantasy that the Church Of Science has invented to detract from the “illogical” religious belief that you are a spiritual being and part of the Eternal God or Spinoza’s Cosmic Consciousness (whichever you prefer). Now I am not an advocate of practicing religion nor do I believe that any form of religion is “righter” than others. I do however believe that your brain is not you but a transceiver to where your real you exists. When you look at the creative insights of many of the world’s “best minds,’ minds that have changed history by changing our paradigm of the world, you will often find that their discoveries were made when not thinking but merely relaxing, walking or playing. Why is this? People say it is the creative insight of their “sub conscious” mind solving problems for them. For this sentence to make sense we have to invent the “sub conscious” mind, for which we have never established any physical organ. It makes far more sense to picture capturing the solution from the infinite cosmic mind by a process described by the the Rosicrucians and handed down for centuries by those who belong to mystical societies of the thinkers. These men and women have turned out to be the doers, movers and sharkers who have changed history.
So why does a high IQ make you stupid? It does not truly make you stupid but it can significantly detract your from your true creative capabilities. Being able to “learn” fast whether it is to solve puzzles or recall data is likely a sign of an intense and focused mind; but, I believe calling it “genius” and making countless others “average” by comparison, was created by professorial people to help them with their inferiority complexes! When you hypnotize any mentally capable person, you can make them recall and solve problems (Learn) far faster than “average” people. I was once taught to master the skill of Karate and split a large 3/4 inch thick board of wood in a 45 minute hypnosis session (as were a couple hundred others in Marshall Sylver’s audience. The next day we learned to put out flaming torches in our mouth without fear! I am sure there is more to IQ than just good focus but to equate it with being in some way with productive value to humanity is, I believe, false. If you read the book, Outliers, you will learn the success story behind great Canadian hockey players. It is the same story behind the “productive” value of high IQ children. In a quick two second synopsis, “Outliers” really teaches us that those that those whom you lavish praise, attention and training upon, will likely produce results!
It is my contention that people who live in their mind and are myopic “geniuses” or “average” people who choose not to succeed creatively because cultural conditioning has made them believe they are too “average” to accomplish anything great waste their lives for the same reason, they are out of touch with the cosmic which is wear we all really reside. What makes us believe these illusions of our “Limited Self?” Consider TV, for example, or School teacher and college professors who have the superiority complex that crushes average people into paying homage to their genius and self demoting themselves to relative idiocy.
Plants Have Telepathy, Why Not You? In reading The Source Field Investigations, by David Wilcox, you can see how research is proving the existence of a communication connection between all living matter and even likely what we think of as inert matter, such as Earth and stone. If this is true, are we not connected to everything? The pineal gland has been shown to be formed much like an eye and sensitive to photons (light). For centuries its form has been central to many religious teachings as a source of insight. Unlike the subconscious mind that has no anatomical existence, it is more and more likely that the pineal gland, at the center of your brain, is connected with some sort of perception. If so it may be the third eye that is depicted in many religious and metaphysical drawings, your connection to the infinite.
So how does a High IQ make you “stupid?” The answer, I believe, is that societies subliminal messages to both hi IQ and Average people is depressive to true genius, genius that creates with the infinite source we often call the Muse. Genius which I equate with the Cosmic Consciousness, or our “real self” has been named for centuries as the connection with the infinite. Musicians get out of its way by the hypnotic practice of music, creative geniuses like Einstein take walks or make discoveries on trolley rides. When your mundane consciousness is not stealing your attention, the infinite becomes awake within! Why do so many great teachers say “find God within?” Like Elisabeth Haich in her book, INITIATION, I cannot fathom that a mote of dust with wings too small to see and a nearly undetectable brain, can find food, eat, sleep, find mates, reproduce, fight off attackers and do all this while flying in 3 dimensional space because of its brain power (a microscopic spec within a mote of dust). I have flown and airplane twice, it is just not that simple. To believe we are in our heads, is to bow down to the Idol of science and I bow down to no idols. How about you?
When I was about 15 years old and living in Miami Fla, I was in the center of the Hippy Era. We wanted you to “blow your mind” and expand your thinking. I chose to do this without drugs and here is a highly entertaining opportunity to do so legally :-), by watching Nassim Haramein! Here is why I hope you do so:
When I was very little, about 5 years of age, I did not have imaginary “friends” as some did, but I did have “visitors” that wanted to know about my world. When they looked at my world, I got a vague glimpse of their world. It is long ago and I have forgotten most of what I sensed. Sometimes it was so strange as to be nonsensical or it seemed I did not have the sensory apparatus and experience to comprehend it. As you get older, people tell you that if you have imaginary friends you are “crazy” or they tell you it is time to grow up and stop living in imagination. Like most of us I chose to conform and did so. However, every now and then the dimensions of space/time that I was denying, to become more acceptable to my peers, decided to come and interrupt my “sanity.” Oddly enough in many cases it provided information that I need. Information that then made my life much better and information that was simply not otherwise available. Sometimes it did nothing and was just a vague brief experience of another consciousness.
Many years, degrees, honors and human interactions later, despite my total disbelief in many of the fundamental principles of physics, theology and philosophy, I have managed to be a functional part of what I view as a society based on misinformation. Misinformation? When you teach we are all one and God is withing and then kill our neighbor for praying differently, you have to admit there is something wrong! Anyway, to my delight, I have finally found a physicist who, like me, believes the fundamental structure of physics and the theological and philosophical underpinnings of our thinking is based on erroneous assumptions. I have been delighted! I have found someone who sees the world as I do and even better is using mathematics and physics to prove it. Nassim Haramein is a one many revolution traveling around the world speaking and sharing his world changing viewpoint of reality with a goal of building a consensus amongst people whose minds are not to bogged down in education to be open to changes in fundamental thinking! What is the value? Well consensus driven by enough people can bring about change through the unity of all of us, that Nassim Haramein is proving on a daily basis. When we all understand that we are really one as the greatest minds in history taught, then there will be no value or meaning in killing your neighbor because he prays differently. There will be no sense to terrorism by martyrdom and vests of bombs. We will know that a rocket exploding on your home does not open the Gates Of Heaven for 10 martyrs to ascend. We will have a chance for real peace on Earth and transcendence for humanity.
I encourage you to watch this Excellent series of 6 lectures by Nassim Haramein in Barcelona, Spain and help build the consensus for world peace, while entertaining yourself with the simple and humerus communications of a man who can make the complex simple. A man who as Walt Disney said, “would rather hope to entertain you with the hopes of educating rather then educate you with the hopes of entertaining.
Each video is about an hour long. I recommend you watch it while on a treadmill, exercise bike etc. Do an hour at a time. You will expand both your mind and your health.
